  • Patent number: 11668120
Abstract: A system for managing door operation of a vehicle includes a door system and a doorjamb system configured for the door to close against. The door system includes a door having a handle mechanism, an indicator mechanism coupled to the handle mechanism and actuated by motion of the handle mechanism, and a latch feature configured to be engaged for latching the door closed. The doorjamb system includes a sensor configured to generate a sensor signal indicative of a state of the indicator mechanism, and a latching mechanism configured to secure and release the latch feature of the door. Control circuitry of the vehicle is coupled to the sensor and latching mechanism, and is configured to receive the sensor signal, and control the latching mechanism based on the sensor signal. • Publication number: 20220156626
Abstract: Preparing a metrologically-relevant entangled state includes: providing a plurality of atoms in a regular lattice, wherein each atom is in an initial quantum state of a first state in a ground state manifold; initializing a central atom in the regular lattice to a (|0+|1)/?2 state while all other atoms remain in the first state |0 as remaining atoms; and proceeding, starting with the central atom, to propagate preparation of Greenberger-Horne-Zeilinger (GHZ) states in a nonlinear progression by increasing a number of GHZ states in each iteration through the remaining atoms in a recursive manner, to produce an intermediate GHZ state, such that the intermediate GHZ state acts as an initial GHZ state for a next iteration, until a final GHZ state is formed to prepare the metrologically-relevant entangled state of the atoms.

  • Publication number: 20220100801
Abstract: A software system operates to track transit times for shipments between facility locations within a supply chain. Carrier service level agreements are used to generate estimated transit times between a plurality of origins and destinations. Transit times are stored as edges between ZIP code nodes in a graph database. Facility locations are associated with the ZIP code node corresponding to their location. A user interface can access the data from the graph database to easily present the data to a user. In some examples, the data is stored based on ZIP code of each location. The user interface allows for 3 digit ZIP codes to be assigned to various user-defined regions to more easily manage the data on a broader level. Estimated transit times can also be accessed through an application programming interface for use by transportation management systems such as lead time estimation systems and inventory planning systems.
