The aircraft seating assembly can include a back support having a removably coupled cushioning member. The aircraft seating assembly can include a tilt system which can allow the back support to articulate relative to the connection frame. The aircraft seating assembly can include a retention system coupled to the back support, the retention system can retain an object in place when in a closed configuration.
