    Abstract: A solenoid valve has a valve body and a valve seat. The valve body can be moved along a travel axis between a closed position and an open position. In the closed position the valve body rests against a valve seat and closes the opening of a media connection and in the open position is lifted off the valve seat and exposes the opening of the media connection. The solenoid valve has an armature and a pole tube. The armature is mounted in the pole tube so that it can move axially between a first and a second end position. The armature occupies the first end position when de-energized and is moved toward the second end position when energized, thus moving the valve body from the closed position towards the open position. The armature is arranged radially outwardly and at least partially axially overlapping with respect to the valve body.

    Abstract: A device for controlling a hydraulic pump includes a hydraulic fluid reservoir, a hydraulic pump having one inlet and one outlet, and an adjustment unit interacting with the hydraulic pump to be able to change the delivery volume. The adjustment unit is arranged in a high-pressure secondary line connected to the high-pressure line and a high-pressure seat valve is arranged in the high-pressure secondary line and interacts with the adjustment unit. A sensor with which an actual value of at least one characteristic variable that can be influenced by the delivery volume of the hydraulic pump can be detected. An actuator is specified with which a target value of the characteristic variable. A control device which interacts with the sensor and the actuator such that the high-pressure seat valve can be activated, taking into account the actual value detected by the sensor and the target value specified by the actuator.
