The distributor pipe has a through bore (15, 23) and two or more connections (3, 4, 24, 25) for connection of metal or plastic lubes or a valve (28), on the upper and/or the lower side of the 5 distributor pipe. The distributor pipe (1, 12, 22) connections (3, 4, 24, 25) are arranged in fluid communication with the through bore (15, 23) of the distributor pipe (1, 12, 22) on both sides of the distributor pipe through bore (15, 23) so that the centre axis of the bore of the connections (21) is situated outside of the through bore (15, 23). The connections (3, 4, 24, 25) on both sides of the 10 through bore are displaced in the longitudinal direction relative to each other.

Abstract: A water heater comprising a tank (1), an insulation blanket (12, 13, 17) and an outer shell (14, 16). The insulation blanket (12, 13, 17) comprises a preformed foam assembled from at least two pieces of foam (12, 13), which together surround the tank (1). The outer shell comprises a lower part (14) surrounding the at least two pieces of foam (12, 13). The at least two pieces of foam (12, 13) have notches (8, 9, 10) extending along outer corners thereof to form channels (8a, 9a, 10a) between the pieces of foam (12, 13) and the lower part (14). The channels (8a, 9a, 10a) extend from above the tank (1) to a drain outlet (15) from the lower part (14), to conduct any leakage out of the water heater.

The flange is retained against the coupling housing by a nut screwed by hand onto outer threads on the coupling housing. The clamping sleeve is adapted to be clamped against a pipe which is inserted into the clamping sleeve, and the O-ring seals against the outer surface of the pipe.

The base part comprises at least one drain (5) for leakage water, and the base part is a separate part with edges that protrudes into the cabinet.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a pressure tank in stainless steel to be used as a water heater. The tank is provided by two identical tank halves (12a, 12b; 14a, 14b). The two tank halves are joined about a common dividing plane (7) and have a longitudinal axis (26) that lies in the dividing plane (7) so that an extended tank is provided. The tank halves have welding flanges (22a, 22b) that are placed against each other in the joint dividing plane (7) and are joined together by welding or melting of the flanges (22a,22b) to a watertight tank. The plate thickness is calculated according to the maximum test pressure of the tank and not limited by the welding. An efficient welding of the internal welding seam (24), by placing the tank in a rig and rotating the tank, provides safe protection against corrosion in the weld.
