  • Publication number: 20190001660
Abstract: The present invention relates to a process for flexographic printing of ink onto a thin polymeric film substrate. In particular the process relates to printing using a central impression cylinder press, wherein the width of printed substrate is greater than 800 mm, to provide a high opacity printing process. According to the present invention the printing process comprising: transferring ink from an ink reservoir to an anilox roll; transferring the ink from the anilox roll to a printing plate wherein the ink volume transferred by the anilox roll is from 9-20 cm3/m2; and applying the ink to the surface of the substrate by applying pressure between the printing plate and an impression surface and passing the substrate between the printing plate and the impression surface wherein the printing plate is a high definition printing plate comprising at least 40 lines per centimeter.

  • Publication number: 20070295739
Abstract: In a closure cap (1) for a container having a disk-like lid (3) in which is provided a product dispensing channel (5) that leads to an opening (4), a hinge (6) is used to hinge the lid (3) to a casing member (7) of the closure cap (1). The hinge (6) is provided in order to be able to swivel the lid (3) selectively into a closed position, in which the opening (4) is sealed by an inner surface (8) of the casing member (7), and into an open position, in which the opening (4) is not covered by the casing member (7). A connection (9), especially a screw thread, is used for mounting the closure cap (1) on the container and for supplying product from the container via a slot (10) in the closure cap (1) to the product dispensing channel (5). In order to be able to place the lid (3) on the casing member (7) with relatively little exertion of force (7), the hinge (6) is designed as a snap-on connection.

  • Publication number: 20070221813
Abstract: A service trolley (1) having a pedestal (2) on which rollers (3) are provided for moving the service trolley (1) and having at least one holding surface (4, 5, 23, 25) on a support beam (6) is provided for use in a hair salon. In order to be able to carry out a dust-free production of hair coloring right next to the hairdresser's customer, it is proposed that a holding surface (4) has a device (7) for holding granulate (8) for hair coloring purposes. The granulate (8) can be dosed in a simple manner and also can still be used after longer periods of storage.

A connection (9), especially a screw thread, is used for applying the closure cap (1) to the container and for supplying product from the container via a slot (10) in the closure cap (1) to the product dispensing channel (5). In order to reliably prevent product from discharging from the opening (4) when the lid (3) is not exactly closed or when pressure is inadvertently applied to the container, a seal (15) is provided on the opening (4).

  • Publication number: 20070199960
Abstract: A device (1) comprises a reservoir (2), preferably having a transparent wall (8), for holding a flowable product (3) and a dispensing head (4) for discharging the product (3). The dispensing head (4) is joined to the reservoir (2) via a coupling (5), especially a threaded coupling. Provided on dispensing head (4) is an actuator device (6) for opening and closing the dispensing head (4) as desired in order to dispense product accordingly from a discharge opening (18). In order to prevent erroneous refilling with product when an empty reservoir (2) is replaced with a full reservoir (2), especially when there is a set of reservoirs (2) having different products (3) for coloring hair, it is proposed that the product (3) be a powdered or granulate hair dye and that the surface of the dispensing head (4) or the actuator device (6) have an information surface (7) that is to be assigned to the product (3). The powder or granulate form thus serves to ensure recognition of the color of the product (3).

  • Publication number: 20070125810
Abstract: In order to enable removal of any quantity of product with a container (1) with a device (2) to discharge product, particularly trickling or free-flowing product, with a reservoir (3) to hold the product, a product discharge opening (4), and a connection (5) between the reservoir (3) and the device (2), it is suggested that the container (1) have a channel (6), made of flexible material, which is provided for routing the product from the reservoir (3) up to the product discharge opening (4), that the device (2) have a clamping element (7) for optional clamping and releasing of the channel (6), that the clamping element (7) be spring-loaded in the direction of the channel (6) using a spring (8), and that an actuator device (9) be connected to the clamping element (7) via actuation mechanics (10), to enable optional clamping of the channel (6) via manual actuation of the actuator device (9).
