  • Patent number: 10300678
Abstract: A surface-coated steel sheet of stainless steel is disclosed and has a coating which is made up of at least one metallic corrosion protection layer (1.1) and at least one further layer (1.2) applied to the metallic corrosion protection layer. For such a steel sheet to offer, without a color-imparting organic surface coating, a high-quality impression in terms of aesthetic effect and additionally, have a very high UV resistance, the at least one further layer (1.2) may be a metallic layer or be formed from a metallic layer, where the metallic layer (1.2) is based on nonrusting stainless steel, a chromium- and/or nickel-containing alloy, copper and/or a copper alloy. The at least one further metallic layer (1.2) can optionally be provided with a transparent layer (1.3). Furthermore, a process for producing such a surface-coated steel sheet is described.

  • Patent number: 9873237
Abstract: A method for forming a beading fold in a multi-layer composite material, which has at least one core layer made of a plastics material and at least two cover layers made of a metallic material, provides high process reliability and optimal integrity of the formed multi-layer composite material. In particular, the method provides that, in the region of the beading fold to be formed, the core layer of the composite material is heated at least in portions to a temperature of 180° C. to 300° C. Also described herein is a multi-layer composite material having at least one beading fold, said material comprising at least one core layer made of a plastics material and at least two cover layers made of a metallic material.

Abstract: A surface-coated steel sheet of stainless steel is disclosed and has a coating which is made up of at least one metallic corrosion protection layer (1.1) and at least one further layer (1.2) applied material bonded to the metallic corrosion protection layer. • Publication number: 20150202844
Abstract: The invention relates to a sandwich sheet, in particular for the production of construction components or of vehicle body parts, with metallic cover sheets and with, arranged between the cover sheets, at least one core layer made of polymer and is integrally joined to the cover sheets. The core layer of the sandwich sheet comprises according to the invention a fibre-containing carrier, the fibres of the carrier are surrounded by a polyurethane matrix, in which the polyurethane matrix has been formed from an aqueous, solvent-free polyurethane dispersion, in which the fibres have the form of relatively short fibre pieces with a total fibre length of maximum 50 mm in the polyurethane matrix. The fibres of the carrier are preferably composed of mineral fibres, in particular of ceramic fibres. The sandwich sheet of the invention features an inexpensive, lightweight core layer which extends the range of possible uses of the sandwich sheet. A process is moreover disclosed for the production of this sandwich sheet.

  • Patent number: 8470111
Abstract: A composite component comprising at least one first and one second sheet metal plate with at least one layer of a polymer arranged between the first and the second sheet metal plates provides for a component optimized with respect to the weight thereof, and which is at the same time simple to manufacture. The polymer layer of the composite component according to the invention comprises at least one foamed polymer layer of a thermoplastic polymer, wherein the foamed polymer layer comprises gas bubbles with a volume percentage of 1% to 80%, in particular 5% to 70%.

  • Patent number: 8104595
Abstract: A hydraulic control unit is set up to hydraulically actuate a starting clutch of a motor vehicle and gear selectors of a transmission of the motor vehicle by use of hydraulic valves which are integrated in the hydraulic control unit and which have in each case at least one control element. The hydraulic control unit is characterized in that the integrated hydraulic valves are aligned in the hydraulic control unit in such a way that a movement direction of a vibratory element of a hydraulic valve which controls only the starting clutch differs from the movement direction of vibratory elements of the other hydraulic valves, and is aligned to a lesser extent with the longitudinal axis of the motor vehicle.

  • Publication number: 20100196736
Abstract: A composite component comprising at least one base plate and at least one sandwich component which is arranged on the base plate provides the composite component with very satisfactory vibration-damping properties which can additionally be produced in a simple way and at the same time is suitable for lightweight design concepts. The vibration damping properties of the composite component are achieved by the fact that the sandwich component has at least two outer plates and at least one plastic layer which is arranged between the two outer plates.

  • Publication number: 20090183965
Abstract: A multiplate clutch, in particular a starting clutch in a motor vehicle, has primary-side plates which are connected to a drive unit and secondary-side plates which are connected to a drivetrain, in particular to a transmission input. The primary-side and/or secondary-side plates are aligned, in each case with regard to their flatness deviations, with respect to one another, that is to say are arranged so as to be rotated relative to one another in the peripheral direction, such that at least the flatness deviations of adjacent plates do not abut against one another in the axial direction.
