  • Publication number: 20240063445
Abstract: A cell contacting system for an electrical battery module includes a carrier structure, a plurality of cell contacting elements arranged on the carrier structure and electrically contacting a plurality of battery cells, a plurality of power connections electrically connected to the cell contacting elements, and a measuring arrangement measuring a parameter of the electrical battery module. The measuring arrangement has a sensor element connected to a connection contact of the cell connecting system via a sensor line. A monitoring device is connectable to the measuring arrangement via the connection contact in order to monitor the parameter. The sensor element is connected to at least one of the cell contacting elements and measures the parameter. The sensor element is fastened on the at least one of the cell contacting elements by a retaining element formed on the at least one of the cell contacting elements.

  • Patent number: 11843131
Abstract: An electrical device including a conductor cable having an electrical conductor embedded in an insulation sheath of the conductor cable in a contact plane. The electrical conductor is stripped of the insulation sheath in a predetermined contact section at least on one contact side, the contact section of the conductor is bent out with the contact side from the contact plane to beyond the insulation sheath. The device further includes an electrical connection counterpart. The contact side of the contact section of the conductor rests on the electrical connection counterpart and is connected directly to the electrical connection counterpart to form an electrical contact.

  • Publication number: 20210091484
Abstract: An electrical connection arrangement includes a busbar having a first contact area, a conductor arrangement having a second contact area abutting the first contact area and electrically connecting the conductor arrangement to the busbar, the conductor arrangement including at least one current-conductor plate, and a clip element. The clip element has a first spring limb bearing on a bottom side of the busbar, a second spring limb resting on a top side of the conductor arrangement, and a connecting section connecting the first spring limb and the second spring limb. The first spring limb and the second spring limb press the busbar and the conductor arrangement against one another at the first contact area and the second contact area to create a mechanical connection between the busbar and the conductor arrangement.
