  • Publication number: 20260009693
Abstract: A battery housing for a traction battery includes a first housing part and a second housing part that enclose an internal volume, a connecting element that connects the first housing part to the second housing part in a region of an interface, and a sealing element that seals the interface. A test volume is formed in a region of the interface where the test volume is sealed off from both the internal volume and a surrounding by the sealing element and where the test volume has a test connection. An electrically conductive elastic element permeable to gases is disposed in the test volume where in an unloaded state, the electrically conductive elastic element has a width transverse to an extension direction of the test volume which is greater than an extent of a cross-section of the test volume in the extension direction.

  • Patent number: 12377720
Abstract: A bodyshell structure for an electrically driveable motor vehicle includes a ventilation channel formed by a plurality of structural components that are connected to one another and delimit respective cavities. The ventilation channel has at least one inlet opening for inflow of a venting gas that emerges from a drive battery of the motor vehicle in an event of a thermal event and has at least one outlet opening via which the venting gas is dischargeable into a surrounding of the motor vehicle. A venting gas treatment device is disposed inside the ventilation channel where the venting gas and/or particles entrained with the venting gas is treatable by the venting gas treatment device.

  • Publication number: 20250214409
Abstract: An arrangement of an electrical energy store on a body shell for a passenger car. The body shell has two side sills between which a main floor extends, where the entire main floor is formed by a housing cover of a housing of the electrical energy store. The housing has a lower part which is located, in the passenger car vertical direction, below the housing cover and has a receiving space for storage cells for storing electrical energy. The receiving space is formed by the housing cover and the lower part. The housing cover has cooling ducts through which coolant is flowable where at least a portion of the electrical energy store is coolable by the coolant. Spaces are located between the storage cells and at least parts of a floor of the lower part.

  • Publication number: 20250192328
Abstract: A housing cover for a battery housing of a traction battery of an electrically operable vehicle is designed to connect to a second housing part of the battery housing. The cover has a construction of several layers with different materials, including an outer layer made of a plastic, a metal layer made of steel, and a structural layer made of a structural material. The outer layer and the metal layer are connected over a large area. The structural layer covers at least one part of a surface of the outer layer and/or the metal layer. An intermediary layer is arranged between the structural layer and the combination of outer layer and metal layer.

  • Publication number: 20110062695
Abstract: A mobile implement, particularly an automatic concrete pump, with stability monitoring system includes an undercarriage supportable on a subsurface by two front and two rear outriggers. A respective measuring element is disposed in the telescoping support legs of the outriggers for determining the supporting force. Each support leg has an upper telescoping element connected to the associated outrigger at an upper connection point, and a support base displaceable relative to the upper element and supported on the subsurface at the lower end thereof at a lower connection point. The measuring element is disposed either directly at the upper connection point between the outrigger and the upper telescoping element, or in the region of the lower connection point between the lower telescoping element and the support base.
