  • Patent number: 8522637
Abstract: A gear shift lever is provided with damping device of a vehicle. The damping device damps the returning of a reverse gear blocking element in the axial direction of the gear shift lever into a blocking position. For this, the damping device has a first rigid ring element in the axial direction of the gear shift lever, which surrounds the gear shift lever and has projections distributed on the periphery in axial direction. In addition, the damping device has a second rigid ring element, which has recesses in the region of the projections of the first ring element. On the reverse gear blocking element and on the gear shift lever, radial shoulders are arranged, against which the two rigid ring elements support themselves axially.

  • Patent number: 8402858
Abstract: A gearshift device for a change-speed gearbox of a motor vehicle, includes, but is not limited to a gearshift lever guided movably between positions corresponding to different gears, on which a locking member is displaceable between a locking position in a first degree of freedom in which it blocks any movement of the gearshift lever from a forward gear position into a reverse gear position, and a release position in a first degree of freedom in which it allows movement from the forward gear position into the reverse gear position. The locking member on the gearshift lever is movable in a second degree of freedom between a normal position in which movement between release position and locking position is possible and an alignment position in which it fixes the gearshift lever free from play.

  • Publication number: 20110058757
Abstract: A bearing bush is provided for a shift housing of a vehicle, and a method is provided for installing the bearing bush. The bearing bush is used for mounting a selection lever in a shift housing of a vehicle, the selection lever transmitting selection movements of a selection finger of a gear shift lever to traction and/or compression movements of a selection cable pull. The selection lever pivots around its pivot point into various selection positions and is mounted so it is rotatable on a cast-on bearing journal of the shift housing the bearing bush. The bearing bush has radial and axial compensation elements, which axially lock the selection lever on the bearing journal during pivot movements.

  • Publication number: 20110036195
Abstract: A gearshift housing of a vehicle is provided with a selector lever and a method is provided for mounting the selector lever on the gearshift housing. The selector lever transmits selection movements of a selector finger of a gearshift lever to pulling and/or pushing movements of a selector cable control. In the process, the selector lever pivots about a fulcrum in different selection positions. To this end, a cast-on bearing pin is provided on the gearshift housing, on which the selector lever is rotatably mounted.
