  • Patent number: 12003613
Abstract: A method for synchronizing time in an Ethernet-based network having a master network subscriber and a slave network subscriber includes sending out a first telegram via the master network subscriber, where the slave subscriber receives the first telegram at a first receipt time value of a local system time and stores the first receipt time value. The method can also include reading out the first receipt time value via the master subscriber, sending out a second telegram by the master subscriber, where the slave subscriber receives the second telegram at a second receipt time value of the local system time and stores the second receipt time value, and reading out the second receipt time value via the master network subscriber. A speed parameter of the local system time can be calculated from the receipt time values via the master network subscriber, and transmitted to the slave subscriber.

  • Publication number: 20230373552
Abstract: An adjustment device for a steering wheel may have a first shaft about which the steering wheel is pivotable. A rotary latch is rotationally fixed to the steering wheel by a rotary latch element. A second shaft is arranged in parallel with the first shaft. A coupling lever is arranged on the second shaft to interact with the rotary latch element. The coupling lever has a stop surface which, for the purpose of engagement, engages in at least one corresponding stop surface of the rotary latch element when the steering wheel, and thus also the rotary latch, is pivoted. At least one of the stop surfaces may have a chamfer via which the coupling lever can be displaced or is displaced out of the engagement with the rotary latch element when a predetermined force is applied to the steering wheel.

  • Publication number: 20220186531
Abstract: A locking device for a movable vehicle element of a vehicle may have at least a rotary catch, a locking element and an associated blocking mechanism. The blocking mechanism may have at least one blocking element and a movable actuating element for locked coupling of the rotary catch and the locking element. The movable actuating element may be designed to move the rotary catch into a closed position going beyond at least one latching position and to stop in this closed position. The rotary catch and the blocking element may be out of latching engagement in the closed position.

  • Publication number: 20180119461
Abstract: A motor vehicle lock in accordance with the invention comprises a pivotable catch having a jacket surface, a pawl which is acted on by a preloading force and which is pivotable between a blocking position in which the pawl blocks the catch and an unblocking position in which the catch is unblocked, a release lever for pivoting the pawl against the preloading force, and an arresting device for arresting the pawl in a release position in which it releases the catch, wherein a part of the arresting device is formed by the release lever.

  • Patent number: 8656796
Abstract: An operating element with a drive motor equipped with a drive shaft, which can be driven in two opposite rotational directions to move an actuating element between two end positions by a motion transmission device. Each of two motion transmission devices includes a winding body, onto which a traction element is wound in the direction opposite to that in which the traction element of the other transmission device is wound. The free end of the traction element is attached to the actuating element.

  • Publication number: 20110316293
Abstract: A lock with a rotary latch and with a pawl, wherein the pawl can be moved from a blocking position, in which it holds the rotary latch in a closed position, into a release position, in which it allows the rotary latch to rotate into an open position, by the winding of a traction element onto a winding body. A flexible belt, which is wound in spiral fashion around the winding body, can be used as the traction element.

  • Publication number: 20070272565
Abstract: The invention relates to a casing for a key with sensors that are positioned inside the casing and that are actuated by means of push buttons, so that the push buttons are situated in openings of a casing cover and can be displaced against a rebound force perpendicularly to the surface of the casing cover in the direction toward the sensors. In order to improve a generic casing both in terms of production technology as well as in advantageous uses, it is proposed that the push buttons made of a hard plastic are inserted with lateral distance in the openings and are held in place by a soft plastic inset inserted into a recess in the casing cover.
