  • Patent number: 11512718
Abstract: A hydraulic pressure amplifier arrangement (1) comprising a supply port (IN), a return port (R), a high pressure port (H1), and a pressure amplifier unit (2) having a low pressure inlet (3) connected to the supply port (IN) and a high pressure outlet (4) connected to the high pressure port (H1) is described, wherein the pressure amplifier unit (2) comprises an amplification factor. In such a hydraulic pressure amplifier arrangement it should be possible to allow simply releasing off pressure at the high pressure port while keeping small unnecessary energy consumption. To this end a control valve (8) is arranged in a connection between the high pressure port (H1) and the return port (R).
    Type: Grant
    Filed: January 29, 2021
Date of Patent: November 29, 2022
    Assignee: miniBOOSTER Hydraulics A/S
Inventors: Christen Espersen, Peter Leonhard Wasmer, Thyge Bollmann, Peter J. Mads Clausen, Jan Petersen, Leif Hansen, Jimmy Thomsen, Andreas Wollesen

  • Patent number: 7686596
Abstract: A hydraulic pressure amplifier with a housing which has an end face at a low pressure side and an end face at a high pressure side and a circumferential wall between the two end faces, wherein an outlet valve is arranged adjacent the end face on the high pressure side, and an outlet duct for the hydraulic liquid which is under high pressure. In a pressure amplifier of the above-described type, the outlet duct opens into the circumferential wall or extends through a connection plug which is screwed into the end face on the high pressure side and closes off an assembly duct which receives the outlet valve.

  • Patent number: 7204087
Abstract: A hydraulic tool has a motor, a valve, a hydraulic intensifier, and a supply connector. The hydraulic intensifier is arranged between the valve and the motor. The valve and the motor are arranged behind one another in a longitudinal direction of the tool. The hydraulic intensifier has at least one intensifier piston having a movement direction that is positioned at a first angle greater than 0° relative to the longitudinal direction of the tool.
