Abstract: In a method for preparing a hyperpolarised sample, for example for a magnetic resonance procedure, a starting solution comprising alpha-ketoglutaric acid and 13C-labelled molecules is frozen to form a frozen solution. The solution is irradiated with ultraviolet and/or visible radiation, to generate free radicals. The frozen solution is then hyperpolarised by applying a magnetic field to the solution while irradiating it with frequency-modulated microwave radiation.

Abstract: A passive exoskeleton based on energy flow characteristics of a foot-ankle complex includes a first passive exoskeleton. The first passive exoskeleton includes an energy distribution mechanism, a strike-recipient mechanism and a wearing fixing assembly. The energy distribution mechanism is connected to the strike-recipient mechanism, and the energy distribution mechanism is also connected to the wearing fixing assembly. The energy distribution mechanism includes a ratchet wheel shaft, a left torsional spring, a right torsional spring and a middle guide wheel respectively sleeved on the ratchet wheel shaft. The middle guide wheel is connected to the wearing fixing assembly through an ankle joint power-assisted cord. The ratchet wheel shaft is connected to the strike-recipient mechanism, the strike-recipient mechanism drives the ratchet wheel shaft to rotate, and the ratchet wheel shaft drives the left torsional spring, the right torsional spring and the middle guide wheel to rotate.

Abstract: A method for forming a three-dimensional memory device includes disposing a material layer over a substrate, forming a plurality of channel-forming holes and a plurality of sacrificial holes around the plurality of channel-forming holes in an array-forming region of the material layer, and forming a plurality of semiconductor channels based on the channel-forming holes and at least one gate line slit (GLS) based on at least one of the plurality of sacrificial holes. A location of the at least one GLS overlaps with the at least one of the plurality of sacrificial holes.

The computing device may determine dependencies between layers of the scripts based on a unified image model. The unified image model may generate a logic tree that includes nodes, where each one of the nodes represents each one of the layers of the scripts. The computing device may generate an efficient logic tree based on the logic tree and the user preference of a generated image model. The generated image model may generates the efficient logic tree by changing the dependencies of the nodes in the logic tree based on the user preference. Based on the generated efficient logic tree the computing device may build the image.

Abstract: Computer-implemented methods, computer program products and systems for automated self-recovery of a distributed service are disclosed. In embodiments, a missing resource of the service is determined based on a pre-defined service description responsive to a detection of a failure of the service. The service description defines base elements for recovering the service. A recovery strategy is further generated based on the missing resource in accordance with inference rules. A resource is further retrieved from a pool in accordance with the recovery strategy and based on the retrieved resource, the service is further recovered in accordance with the recovery strategy.

Abstract: In one example in accordance with the present disclosure a fluid storage device is described. The device includes a fluid reservoir to store fluid. The fluid reservoir includes a free fluid chamber and an overflow chamber in fluid communication with the free fluid chamber. The reservoir also includes a seal assembly to, when in a first position, seal a refill port of the free fluid chamber and open an air vent of the overflow chamber.
