Abstract: A dumbbell assembly includes a dumbbell unit having a handgrip portion, and a support base for seating the dumbbell unit thereon. The dumbbell unit has a handgrip portion and a carrying structure disposed movably above the support base. A user can raise the carrying structure to attach the handgrip portion and hold the handgrip portion and the carrying structure for carrying the whole dumbbell assembly by one hand.

Abstract: A self-locking device for positioning an opened container lid disposed at the jointing area of a container body and the container lid includes a transmission shaft, a positioning shaft, a heavy hammer and a rod thereof, an upper connecting piece and a lower connecting piece are respectively disposed on the lateral sides of the container lid and the container body; at one end of the positioning shaft, an arcuate concave slot matching with an arcuate opening port is disposed at a position corresponding to the arcuate opening port; when the container lid is opened, the arcuate opening port of the upper connecting piece and the arcuate concave slot on the positioning shaft overlap and lock each other to prevent the container from falling so as to facilitate the user's access to the object inside the container.

Abstract: The present invention is a weight stacking plate structure for a weight training device comprises of a hoisting plate disposed at the direct upper aspect of an top plate of the device, a fixing section is perpendicularly mounted at the central area of the hoisting plate for suspending a steel rope, thread teeth with a fitting nut are disposed at the proper area at the upper end of a selector rod; the first position aligning hole of the said selector rod is an oval design provided for an alloy steel screw to penetrate through the frontage of the top plate for locking in thereby to fasten the selector rod not to rotate transversely so as to avoid the transverse deviation of the position aligning hole on the rod and to avoid the occurrence of causing the selector rod to fall due to the neglected and loosened nut during operation.
