  • Publication number: 20220372173
Abstract: The present invention provides a lectin-magnetic carrier coupling complex for separating glycosylated exosomes from a clinical sample. The lectin-magnetic carrier coupling complex comprises a magnetic carrier and lectins coupled to the outer side of the magnetic carrier. The lectin-magnetic carrier coupling complex provided by the present invention may rapidly, accurately, and automatically separate glycosylated exosomes from a clinical sample with a high separation efficiency; and the separated exosomes are intact in morphology without rupturing or cracking, may be directly used for liquid detection of glycosylated exosomes, or directly used for immunology-related detection, or directly used for nucleotide sequence detection and analysis after extracting nucleic acids from the exosomes.

  • Publication number: 20220349901
Abstract: The present invention relates to a lectin-macromolecular carrier coupling complex for separating glycosylated exosomes from a clinical sample, which comprises a macromolecular carrier and lectins coupled to the outer side of the macromolecular carrier. The complex may simply, conveniently, rapidly, and accurately separate glycosylated exosomes from a clinical sample with a high separation efficiency and a good repeatability; and the separated exosomes are intact in morphology without rupturing or cracking, may be directly used for liquid detection of glycosylated exosomes, or directly used for immunology-related detection, or directly used for gene detection or analysis after extracting related nucleic acids from the exosomes.

  • Patent number: 11053345
Abstract: The present invention relates to the technical field of polymer materials, and in particular, relates to a polyurethane polymer and a method for preparing the same and use thereof. The present invention discloses use of aminoimidazolinone-based compound in preparing an end-capped polyurethane polymer product, by which the polyurethane polymer capable of achieving repeated self-healing for multiple times without adding any self-healing agent and any external stimulation can be prepared. The present invention further provides a polyurethane polymer capable of achieving repeated self-healing for multiple times without any external stimulation and having a compressive strength restored to at most 96% of the one before compression, and a method for preparing the same.
    Type: Grant
    Filed: December 27, 2017
Date of Patent: July 6, 2021
Assignee: ELECTRIC POWER RESEARCH INSTITUTE OF GUANGDONG POWER GRID CO., LTD.

  • Patent number: 7348145
Abstract: The present invention provides methods of unambiguously identifying a human herpesvirus in a sample. The assays, which allow for the detection and typing of all ten human herpesviruses, involve multiplex PCR assays using consensus primers to amplify conserved regions of the herpesvirus DNA. A dot blot/chemiluminescence assay and real time PCR assay ideal for clinical setting were disclosed. A heteroduplex mobility assay suitable for uses in research laboratory was also presented.
    Type: Grant
    Filed: August 14, 2003
Date of Patent: March 25, 2008
Assignee: The Board of Regents of the University of Texas System
Inventors: S. David Hudnall, Tiansheng Chen
