The first and second bending portions are arranged at two sides of the main body, and extend horizontally along a width direction. The first bending portion and the second bending portion projected on a same straight line along the width direction extend oppositely in the width direction. Two adjacent first or second bending portions arranged along a length direction bend oppositely in the width direction. A ratio of a length of the pole to a length of the battery cell is greater than or equal to 10%. The connecting sheet is provided with staggered first connecting holes. The second bending portions are buckled in the first connecting holes.

A part of the first side of the case located on an inner circumferential side of the first explosion-proof structure is a first separable portion covering a pressure relief opening of the case. The post terminal is on the first separable portion. A side of the pole group adjacent to the post terminal is connected to a connecting piece which includes a connecting portion connected to the pole group and a second separable portion separable from the connecting portion to expose a through opening in the connecting portion. The post terminal is connected to the second separable portion.
