The thin film transistor includes an active layer in a semiconductor layer and a gate electrode in a first conductive layer. The data line is in a second conductive layer, one of the pixel electrode and the common electrode is in a third conductive layer, and a layer where the heating element is located is between the semiconductor layer and the third conductive layer.

Abstract: The present disclosure discloses a method for improving production of L-lactic acid (L-LA) by Saccharomyces cerevisiae based on regulation and control of ethanol metabolic flux, and belongs to the technical field of microorganisms. According to the present disclosure, acid-resistant Saccharomyces cerevisiae TJG16 is used as a production strain, an ethanol dehydrogenase gene adhA derived from Bacillus subtilis is introduced to promote conversion of ethanol into acetaldehyde, and a lactate aldolase gene BAL derived from Brucella sp. is introduced to promote synthesis of lactic acid from the acetaldehyde. This system is composed of an individualized navigation module, AC stimulation module, EEG acquisition module and adaptive coupling module. After the magnetic resonance image and functional magnetic resonance image of the regulation object are input into the individualized navigation module, the functional connectivity network is generated to finalize regulatory targets. The position of stimulating electrodes and the magnitude of the stimulating current are determined according to the target to be regulated. The stimulating frequency is determined according to the EEG of the regulation object and then input into the AC stimulation module for regulation.

The method includes measuring acceleration data associated with an impulse response signal of a target fruit to an excitation force applied to such a target fruit, computing a frequency response of the impulse response signal based on digitized acceleration data, determining a first order resonance frequency from the frequency response, and non-destructively determining a level of maturity for the target fruit based on one or more physical properties of the target fruit and the first order resonance frequency.
