Abstract: A semiconductor device and a fabrication method of the semiconductor device are provided. The semiconductor device includes a substrate, a source-drain plug layer in the substrate, a gate structure in the substrate, and a dielectric layer disposed over the substrate and covering the gate structure and the source-drain plug layer. The dielectric layer contains a first through-hole having a bottom exposing a top surface of the source-drain plug layer, and a second through-hole having a bottom exposing a top surface of the gate structure. Further, the semiconductor device includes an interface layer disposed on each of the top surface of the source-drain plug layer exposed by the first through-hole and the top surface of the gate structure exposed by the second through-hole.

Abstract: The present disclosure provides a preparation method of a mesoporous CeO2-loaded Au catalyst, products and applications thereof, and belongs to the technical field of fine organic chemical industry. According to the present disclosure, firstly, COFs material COFs-41 is employed to prepare mesoporous CeO2 carrier material with high specific surface area; then, Au nanoparticles loaded on the surface of mesoporous CeO2 carrier pores are anchored by impregnation-reduction method to produce Au@CeO2 catalyst with high specific surface area; and then, mesoporous Au@CeO2 catalyst with high specific surface area, aromatic alcohols are added to a reactor, anhydrous methanol is used as a solvent, and heating is carried out to react in an atmosphere of atmospheric oxygen for a certain period of time at room temperature, and this catalyst catalyzes the oxidative transesterification of aromatic alcohols for synthesis of aromatic esters in a highly selective manner.

Abstract: Systems and methods are provided to generate a set of vector representations for each word of a plurality of words in a set of social media data by inputting each word into each of a predefined number of machine learning models to output each of the set of vector representations, the set of social media data comprising social media data from a plurality of social network platforms in a predefined window of time. The systems and methods further provide for generating a similarity score for each vector representation in the set of vector representations for each word output from the predefined number of machine learning models with respect to a given brand name, and generating a perception score for each word based on the generated similarity score for each vector representation in the set of vector representations for each word.

Abstract: This application provides an image blur degree determining method and a related device thereof, and relates to the field of image processing. The image blur degree determining method includes: obtaining an original image; determining a homography transformation matrix corresponding to each image block arranged in a column direction in the original image, where the column direction is perpendicular to a row direction in which an electronic device performs row-by-row exposure; and determining a blur degree of the original image based on each image block and the corresponding homography transformation matrix. This application can implement an objective of quickly calculating a blur degree of an image without being affected by image content.

Abstract: A semiconductor structure includes a substrate, a covering layer on the substrate, an auxiliary layer on the covering layer, a first dielectric layer on surfaces of the substrate and the auxiliary layer, and a conductive structure in the first dielectric layer. The semiconductor structure also includes a second dielectric layer on surfaces of the first dielectric layer and the conductive structure, a first opening in the second dielectric layer and the first dielectric layer, and a second opening in the second dielectric layer. The first opening exposes the auxiliary layer, and the second opening exposes the top surface of the conductive structure. A first conductive layer is in the first opening, and a second conductive layer is in the second opening. A growth rate of the first conductive layer over the auxiliary layer is higher than the growth rate of the first conductive layer over the covering layer.

The method for forming a semiconductor device includes: providing a base; forming an interlayer dielectric layer over the base; forming contact holes by etching the interlayer dielectric layer; forming a barrier layer over the base in the contact holes; and forming a metal layer over the barrier layer. The contact holes exposed a portion of a surface of the base. The metal layer fully filled the contact hole.

Abstract: The present disclosure provides use of malic enzyme 2 (ME2) in preparation of a diagnostic reagent or a medicament for silicosis or pulmonary fibrosis-related diseases, and belongs to the technical fields of medical treatment and medicine. Research results of the present disclosure show that ME2 knockout significantly alleviates inflammatory response and fibrotic lesions in mice with silicosis. Based on the above research results, the present disclosure provides use of ME2 in treatment of pulmonary inflammatory responses and pulmonary fibrotic lesions of silicosis or pulmonary fibrosis-related diseases. Expression of ME2 is inhibited to alleviate the inflammatory response and fibrotic lesions of the silicosis, providing support for exploring a targeted drug for treating pulmonary inflammatory responses and pulmonary fibrosis of silicosis or pulmonary fibrosis-related diseases.

Abstract: The present disclosure provides use of an Fc?RIII inhibitor for treating pulmonary fibrosis, and belongs to the technical field of biomedicine. Results indicate that Fc?RIII mediates macrophage phagocytosis of silica particles, Fc?RIII knockout can effectively relieve pulmonary inflammatory response and fibrotic lesions in mice with silicosis, and further intratracheal administration of an anti-Fc?RIII antibody significantly delays disease progression of mice at fibrosis phase. Therefore, the present disclosure first sets forth that the Fc?RIII inhibitors can be used for treating pulmonary fibrosis, which is of importance to the screening of new drugs and provides a new idea for treatment of pulmonary fibrosis.
