Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a touch display panel. The touch display panel includes: a substrate including at least one first region and at least one second region which are disposed as adjacent to each other; a plurality of touch display units disposed on the substrate, wherein each of the plurality of touch display units includes: a driving element disposed in one of the at least one first region; an optical sensing member disposed in one of the at least one second region; a display device disposed on the driving element and the optical sensing member and electrically connected with the driving element; and a reflection layer disposed on the display device; wherein the optical sensing member is configured to sense light which is emitted from the display device to the reflection layer and reflected by reflection layer so as to sense a touch position.

Abstract: The embodiments of the present disclosure relate to a TFT array substrate and method for manufacturing the same, including: forming a gate electrode on a transparent substrate, and forming a first insulating layer on the gate electrode covering the gate electrode and transparent substrate; forming a patterned IGZO layer on the first insulating layer; processing the IGZO layer to form source region and drain region; forming a second insulating layer on the IGZO layer; and forming contacting holes communicating with the source region and the drain region in the second insulating layer, and depositing electrodes in the contacting holes. The present disclosure need not form the second metal layer so as to omit photolithography and etching processes for forming the second metal layer, which may shorten the manufacturing process, improve the efficiency, and reduce dimension of the TFT.

Abstract: A method for manufacturing a flexible substrate comprises the steps of: providing a supporting plate; coating a first flexible layer on a side of the supporting plate; forming a barrier layer on the first flexible layer at its side opposite to the supporting plate, the barrier layer comprises multiple films stacked on top of one another; and coating a second flexible layer on the barrier layer at its side opposite to the first flexible layer, the barrier layer is coated by the first and second flexible layer.

Abstract: A stripping device is provided which comprises: a wire cutter comprising a moving part and a cutting part connected to the moving part in such a manner that the moving part is able to drive the cutting part linearly; and an attracting wheel comprising a body part adapted to be movably mounted on the flexible substrate so that the body part is able to roll on the flexible substrate and an adsorption part connected to the body part to generate adsorption force to securely attach a part of the flexible substrate as the result of movement of the cutting part.

Abstract: One embodiment of the present invention discloses a method for pixel arrangement and a display using the same. The display areas are divided into a plurality of rectangular regions which have the same area according to a plurality of vertical grids which own the same distance between the adjacent. According to pre-positioning horizontal axis lines and pre-positioning vertical axis lines, each of the rectangular regions is divided into four parts including an upper left part, an upper right part, a lower left part and a lower right part. Each of the four parts are divided into two sub-pixel areas by a line which is inside the part. The line connects the angle point of the region which the part belongs to and the cross point of the horizontal axis line and the vertical axis line of the region which the part belongs to.

Abstract: The disclosure discloses an evaporation device and evaporation method. The evaporation device includes a main chamber for accommodating the evaporation source and the substrate; a first extension chamber and a second extension chamber respectively and alternately communicating with the main chamber; and a first metal mask inside the first extension chamber, intermittently entering the main chamber, and a second metal mask inside the second extension chamber, intermittently entering the main chamber with respective to the first metal mask, such that the evaporation material is able to pass the first or the second metal mask and then on the substrate.
