  • Patent number: 11254621
Abstract: The present invention provides a vertical gas distribution device for aerobic compost and a gas distribution method. Current gas distribution pipelines are easily blocked by organic materials, resulting in poor ventilation due to non-uniform local ventilation and cleaning difficulties. The inventive device comprises a compost chamber, a compost bin, a compost heap, a percolate tank, and a plurality of gas distribution branch pipes at the bottom of the compost chamber, the pipes being vertically movable in the chamber; the percolate tank is positioned at the bottom of the chamber and under the pipes; an air inlet is provided on the side wall of the tank, and an outlet is provided on the side wall of the chamber; the compost bin is inside the compost chamber, and the compost heap is in the compost bin; each pipe is top sealed, with a plurality of vent holes on the side wall, and its bottom connected to the tank. The present invention is usable for compost ventilation.

  • Patent number: 11207719
Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a device and method for remedying a heavy-metal-polluted soil with a microorganism, and relates to a device for remedying a metal-polluted soil and a remediation method thereof. The present disclosure solves the problem that a remediation microorganism cannot be extracted from the soil. The device comprises a main plate and a plurality of microorganism-extracting chambers, wherein the main plate is connected to the microorganism-extracting chambers; the microorganism-extracting chamber are filled with a filler; a tail end of the microorganism-extracting chambers is spiky, and openings are separately provided on a side wall of the microorganism-extracting chambers. The method comprises: I, adding a nutrient medium to the soil, and then inoculating a remediation microorganism; and II, inserting the above device into the soil for 6˜8 days, and then taking it out. The method can remedy heavy-metal-polluted soil in a short time with a high removal rate of the heavy metal.

  • Patent number: 8907147
Abstract: The present invention provides an improved process for producing 1,1,2,3-tetrachloropropene. By using a first reactive distillation column for HCC-250fb dehydrochlorination, and a second reactive distillation column for HCC-240db dehydrochlorination/HCC-1230xf isomerization, the 1,1,2,3-tetrachloropropene manufacturing process can be greatly simplified, resulting in reduced equipment use, energy use, as well as increased productivity.

  • Publication number: 20110100215
Abstract: Described herein are a method and a reactor for reducing NOx contained in a gaseous emission stream. The method and the reactor both utilize an adsorption region in which NOx is adsorbed by either a catalyst material or a non-catalytic adsorbent material and a reduction region in which the adsorbed NOx is catalytically reduced by a hydrocarbon stream. Concentrations of components that inhibit catalytic NOx reduction, such as water vapour, oxygen, and sulphur dioxide, are lower in the reduction region than in the adsorption region. By adsorbing NOx in the adsorption region of the reactor and reducing NOx in the reduction region of the reactor, the reactor and method described herein allow for the efficient reduction of NOx from the emission stream even when the emission stream has a relatively high concentration of components that can inhibit efficient NOx reduction.
