  • Publication number: 20250252226
Abstract: A method for manufacturing a seat for measuring a standard driving posture of a human body includes: performing three-dimensional scanning on an auxiliary device to acquire a first point cloud data set; constructing N seat curves according to the plurality of groups of displacement data sets; correspondingly processing the N seat curves and the first point cloud data set to delete the point cloud data above the seat curves so as to obtain a second point cloud data set; and performing inverse modeling on the second point cloud data set to obtain a rigid seat model for manufacturing a rigid seat. The rigid seat manufactured through the method facilitates putting a dummy in a standard driving posture and also can avoid the problem that key sizes of the dummy are not correctly measured due to deformation of the seat surface.

  • Patent number: 12285921
Abstract: A skin manufacturing post-treatment method for an automobile collision dummy includes: forming a first pouring portion on a skin layer to be treated, and forming a patching recess by grinding the first pouring portion; obtaining an epidermis layer to be treated, and arranging a heating assembly above the patching recess, where the heating assembly is attached to an interior of the patching recess, and the epidermis layer; and simultaneously heating, by the heating assembly, the patching recess and the epidermis layer to be treated. In this way, the epidermis layer to be treated and an inner wall of the patching recess can be simultaneously heated at the first preset temperature, the epidermis layer to be treated and the inner wall of the patching recess are consistent in temperature, and a connection strength between the epidermis layer to be treated and the inner wall of the patching recess is enhanced.

  • Patent number: 12247895
Abstract: A method for predicting dummy head injury during an automobile collision includes: enabling a dummy head to collide with a rigid flat plate; obtaining a first data set in a collision process; calculating the maximum contact force of the dummy head and the rigid flat plate in the collision process according to the first data set; dividing a duration of the collision process into a plurality of time intervals; and calculating an injury value of the dummy head in each time interval according to the maximum contact force, and selecting the maximum injury value as a target injury value. The method provided by the present application may realize prediction for the head injury under different scene working conditions, and has the advantages of being simple in test flow, and high in prediction precision.

  • Patent number: 11996008
Abstract: A method for determining a peak position of lower extremity injury in a crash test dummy includes: controlling the movement of the collision surface until the control point of the collision surface and the first designated collision point of the dummy's lower extremity form a line parallel to the direction of the vehicle acceleration, with a predetermined distance between the control point and the first designated collision point. A collision simulation calculation is performed to obtain the first tibial index curve, the first knee displacement curve, and the first thigh force curve. Similarly, the second designated collision point is used to obtain the second tibial index curve, the second knee displacement curve, and the second thigh force curve. Then, the injury values are calculated, and by comparing the injury values at different positions, the peak position is determined.
