  • Patent number: 11935470
Abstract: A pixel circuit and a driving method thereof, and a display device are provided. The pixel circuit includes a driving sub-circuit, a data writing sub-circuit, a first light-emitting control sub-circuit, a second light-emitting control sub-circuit, a compensation sub-circuit, and a first reset sub-circuit, and is configured to generate a driving current to control a light-emitting element to emit light, the first reset sub-circuit comprises a first transistor, the compensation sub-circuit comprises a second transistor, the first transistor and the second transistor are both polysilicon oxide thin film transistors, and an active layer type of the first transistor and an active layer type of the second transistor are different from an active layer type of a transistor comprised in at least one selected from a group consisting of the driving sub-circuit, the data writing sub-circuit, the first light-emitting control sub-circuit, and the second light-emitting control sub-circuit.

  • Publication number: 20220110206
Abstract: A method for measuring an electron nonextensive parameter of a plasma by using nonextensive statistical mechanics and electric probe is provided. The plasma is described by the nonextensive statistical mechanics and establishes a nonextensive single electric probe theory on the basis of this. The electron nonextensive parameter have been measured which cannot be measured by traditional single probe, and obtained more accurate electron temperature, plasma potential, electron density and floating potential than traditional single probe. The nonextensive electric probe plays a role in plasma diagnosis, which will measure the nonextensivity of plasma and improve the diagnostic accuracy of other plasma parameters.

  • Publication number: 20210328402
Abstract: Various disclosed embodiments provide illustrative interferometers, optical phase locked loops, laser systems, interferometry methods, and phase locked loop methods. In illustrative embodiments, light from a laser is split into a first arm and a second arm. Light in an arm chosen from the first arm and the second arm is time delayed. The light in the first arm is split into third, fourth, and fifth arms. The light in the second arm is split into sixth, seventh, and eighth arms. Light in the seventh and eighth arms is phase shifted relative to light in the sixth arm. Light in the third, fourth, and fifth arms is combined with light in the sixth arm and phase shifted light in the seventh and eighth arms, respectively. A frequency correction signal for the laser is generated.

  • Publication number: 20210046109
Abstract: Suppressive extracellular vesicles (EVs) such as PD-L1-bearing exosomes are produced by cancer cells and promote systemic suppression of the immune system, enabling tumors to escape immune surveillance. Inhibitors of suppressive EVs reduce the suppressive activity and/or the production of suppressive EVs, relieving systemic immunosuppression, and may be use to increase the efficacy of a co-administered immunotherapy. Additionally, engineered cancer cells that have an impaired capacity to produce PD-L1-bearing exosomes can be administered to prime the immune system against resident tumors, overcoming the systemic suppression of the immune system by cancer cells. Also, exogenously produced PD-L1-bearing exosomes may be administered to a subject for the treatment of an immune-related condition or to promote therapeutic immunosuppression.

  • Publication number: 20090079829
Abstract: A side rearview mirror with one-way mirror, video display monitor and camera for the driver to easily and safely view the traffic that is going straight from the other direction at an intersection while trying to make a left turn, while at the same time not losing the function of a regular rearview mirror. The camera is facing the front and the video monitor is immediate placed behind the one way mirror to achieve said functions.
