    Abstract: A spray paint gun structure having a coaxial control of fluid and atomization includes an atomization control air passage connected to a pressurized air passage in the rear section of a housing. An atomization control adjustment valve includes a sleeve, an atomization adjustment nut, a locking nut, and an elastic member. A rod extending from a fluid control adjustment valve penetrates through the sleeve. The middle section of the sleeve is provided with an external thread to engage with the atomization adjustment nut and the locking nut. The elastic member is accommodated in the rear section of the sleeve. The rear section of the sleeve is provided with an internal thread to relatively engage with a fluid adjustment nut. The atomization adjustment nut is provided with an external thread to engage with a thread relatively disposed at the rear section of the housing.

    Abstract: A spray paint gun with shunt control includes a housing containing a pressurized air passage, a fluid control valve and an atomization control valve. The pressurized air passage respectively connects through a fluid control air passage and an atomization air passage. Both the fluid control valve and the atomization control valve include a locking nut and a knob, respectively. The locking nut is hollow and provided with external and internal threads to be fastened with its external thread to the housing and connecting through the fluid and atomization air passages, respectively. The fluid control valve and the atomization control valve are respectively fastened to the internal threads of the locking nuts. Both knobs are respectively locked to the fluid control valve and the atomization control valve.

    Abstract: A spray gun includes a gun body, a ferrule and a head. The ferrule is screwed to the gun body. A plurality of through holes are disposed on the ferrule with each inserted with a bead. A ring is provided on the outer circumference of the ferrule. A flange is provided on the inner circumference of the ring in relation to the through holes. The flange holds against and keeps the beads protruding from their respective through holds. The beads are locked in respective recesses on a locking end at the rear of the head to allow fast removal of the head from the gun body and revolving of the head.

    Abstract: A spray gun pressure stabilizer of the present invention comprises a nozzle, a spray head and a spray gun, the spray head is threaded to the front end of the spray gun and is composed of a spray hole and air outlets at the center portion axially, the front end of the spray gun is further composed of a recess for a de-pressure ring to sleeve thereon, the recess comprises an air outlet and a de-pressure hole, the recess also has a threaded inner hole to connect with the nozzle. The improvements of this invention is to form a pipe at center portion of the nozzle, and extending therefrom a block rim, the nozzle further comprises a circular rim with a number of air holes, so that air flows through the air holes will be blocked by the block rim, which de-presses the air to provide a stabilization of air output.

    Abstract: An air stabilizing copper cap for a spray gun is essentially comprised of a plurality of axial holes provided on the periphery of the copper air cap, and a stopper ring being formed in the front end of the copper air cap so that a buffer chamber is created in the space between the front edge of the holes and the stopper; a hollow threaded tube is axially formed in the rear of the copper air cap, and both inner and outer threads are respectively provided in the space of the front end of the copper air cap and where external of the threaded tube to secure the nozzle head and the copper air cap onto the front end of the spray gun; so that high pressure air ejecting through the holes of the copper air cap is restricted in the buffer chamber before the stopper for pressure reduction to allow the release of stabilized air flow.
