Abstract: Systems and methods are provided for password reset. For example, a first server receives a request operation instruction from a user terminal, wherein the request operation instruction includes account information and identity information; the first server determines whether to permit password reset for a first account indicated by the account information; in response to the password reset for the first account being permitted, the first server authenticates the account information and the identity information; if the authentication of the account information and the identity information is successful, the first server processes the request operation instruction and sends a password reset prompt to the user terminal; the user terminal receives the password reset prompt and sends to the first server password information set by a user in response to the password reset prompt; and the first server sends to a second server a password reset request that carries the password information.

Abstract: A method, device and system for on-line payment information transmission are disclosed. The method includes: upon detecting a payment order which pertains to a payment account: sending by a server via a port number which contains verification information, a prompt message to a communication account tied to the payment account, the verification information to prompt a reply from a user to send back a payment confirmation message; receiving by a terminal, the payment confirmation message input by the user, wherein the terminal corresponds to the communication account, and sending by the terminal via the communication account to the port number, the payment confirmation message; receiving by the server via the port number, the payment confirmation message; extracting by the server, the verification information from the port number according to the received payment confirmation message, and processing the payment order according to the verification information.

Abstract: A transaction payment method includes the following steps: acquiring payment information about a user, the payment information including a contact number; calling the contact number through an Interactive Voice Response platform to acquire the payment password input by the user; and verifying the payment password and payment information, and performing payment if the verification is passed. The transaction payment method above can be applied to improve payment security. Additionally, also provided is a transaction payment system.
