    Abstract: A charging/discharging circuit and an electronic device. A first end of a first branch is connected to a voltage supply end, a second end thereof is connected to a first battery, and a voltage provided by the voltage supply end charges the first battery through the first branch; a first end of a second branch is connected to the voltage supply end, a second end thereof is connected to a second battery, and the voltage provided by the voltage supply end charges the second battery through the second branch; the second branch includes a first control circuit that is configured to adjust impedance of the second branch; and a processing module is configured to obtain a first current of the first branch and a second current of the second branch, and indicate, based on the first and second currents, the first control circuit to adjust impedance of the second branch.

    Abstract: A method for locking repetition rate of an optical frequency comb is provided. A cavity length adjusting actuator is adopted to lock the repetition rate of the optical frequency comb. When a locking state of the cavity length adjusting actuator is in a critical threshold state, an optical delay line of an optical frequency comb optical system is adjusted to adjust the repetition rate of the optical frequency comb, so as to keep locking the repetition rate of the optical frequency comb. A locking device of the repetition rate is also provided, in which an optical delay line control system can judge the locking state of a cavity length adjusting actuator control system in real time, such that the repetition rate can be slowly adjusted within a wide range, and the locking state of the optical frequency comb can be maintained.

The signal trigger circuit sends a starting instruction to the flat-motor drive circuit for instructing to start the flat motor. A processor of the flat-motor drive circuit sends a first triggering instruction to a voltage processing circuit of the flat-motor drive circuit after receiving the starting instruction. The voltage processing circuit provides a first working voltage V1 to the flat motor after receiving the first triggering instruction, and provides a second working voltage V0 to the flat motor after a first time period. V0<V1?V2, V0 is a rated voltage value of the flat motor, and V2 is a maximum forward voltage value that the flat motor can bear when the flat motor is started.
