    Abstract: A frequency-tunable film bulk acoustic resonator and a preparation method therefor are provided. The resonator includes a substrate, an air gap, a sandwiched structure formed by electrodes and piezoelectric layers, and an electrode lead-out layer, wherein the substrate is connected to the sandwiched structure formed by the electrodes and the piezoelectric layers, and a connection face of the substrate and the sandwiched structure formed by the electrodes and the piezoelectric layers is recessed towards inside of the substrate to form the air gap; and the electrode lead-out layer is connected to the sandwiched structure formed by the electrodes and the piezoelectric layers. The sandwiched structure formed by the electrodes and the piezoelectric layers includes a bottom electrode, piezoelectric layers, intermediate electrodes, and a top electrode, wherein the electrodes and the piezoelectric layers are alternately arranged to form the sandwiched structure.

The array substrate comprises a plurality of data lines, a plurality of short circuit rings respectively provided at ends of the plurality of data lines, and a common wire connecting the plurality of short circuit rings in series, wherein, a switch unit is provided between the end of each data line and the corresponding short circuit ring, and the switch unit is configured to disconnect the data line with the corresponding short circuit ring in a testing stage. The present invention can improve the detection rate and accuracy rate in an array test.

By manufacturing a passivation layer via hole in a passivation layer, a drain electrode or a pixel electrode of a thin-film transistor is exposed, so that the electrical connection block fills the passivation layer via hole and is provided in contact with the drain electrode or the pixel electrode. Thereby, when the electrical characteristic value of a TFT is measured, the pixel probe of a measuring apparatus may be electrically connected with the drain electrode or the pixel electrode by directly contacting the electrical connection block, so that the measuring of the electrical characteristics of the TFT may be realized.
