The boosting circuit is used to boost an input voltage into a predetermined output voltage; the feedback control circuit detects the output voltage of the boosting circuit and stops boosting the voltage when the output voltage is higher than a predetermined value so as to prevent additional power consumption of a battery and increase transferring efficiency.
