  • Publication number: 20160135493
Abstract: A 3D printer system that uses the AM method to print a product using a plurality of materials, each of which is contained in a respective capsule. The capsules are removably inserted into respective capsule holders, each of which includes a heating device for adjusting the temperature of the material, and is releasably held in one of a plurality of stations. A tool fetches individual capsules from and deposits them to their stations, and holds individual capsules for printing the product using a telescopic extrusion apparatus. A memory stores capsule-identifying data, a processor provides position coordinates for positioning of the tool, and a controller moves the tool to the position coordinates. The capsule holders include heating systems for controlling the rheological behavior of the materials based on algorithms executed by the processor.

  • Patent number: 7681882
Abstract: A de-skew mechanism, in an image forming device, with a correcting member disposed in a rotatable manner to the rotary shaft and turning with driving roller by a spring between them. A torque spring suppresses the turning of the correcting member to correct the skew of the medium. When conveyed, the medium will butt against the correcting member to be stopped and corrected. The medium conveying force and the force that the spring brings to the driving roller are sufficient for turning the correcting member and passing therethrough. At one time, the force that the correcting member brings to the medium will reduce to zero. As such, the medium will not be damaged by the correcting member while being conveyed.

  • Patent number: 7573618
Abstract: A paper pressing device for a scanning apparatus is provided, which include a scanning module and a paper track corresponding to the scanning module, wherein the paper track is provided for a paper sheet passing through. The paper pressing device includes a film and a pressing block. The film is disposed on one side of the paper track opposite to the scanning module. The pressing block is disposed on one side of the film opposite to the scanning module and presses against the film for reducing the height of the paper track above the scanning module. • Publication number: 20090190976
Abstract: An automatic document feeder includes a first path extending from a feeding tray to a scanning module, a second path extending from the scanning module to a reversing roller unit, and a third path extending from the reversing roller unit to an intermediate portion of the first path. A document is moved from the feeding tray onto the reversing roller unit via the first and second paths for a first scanning. Just before the document is moved through the second path, the reversing roller unit is driven to allow the document to move therethrough. Subsequently, the document is reversed on the reversing roller unit to move through a looped passage defined by the third path, a portion of the first path downstream of the intermediate portion, and the second path for a second scanning. The reversing roller unit is operable to allow two opposite edges of the document to move thereon in different directions.

  • Publication number: 20090087236
Abstract: A disk having one or more indentations is configured at one end of a driving shaft and has interaction with an extension arm configured at a corresponding end of a switch shaft for switching the medium conveying route in an image system. When the driving shaft drives the disk to rotate along different directions, the indentation on the disk provides the extension arm room for the disk to guide the extension arm to switch its position between a first position and a second position. A plurality of switch gates on the switch shaft also switch to different positions corresponding to the extension arm such that the conveying route of a medium can be switched between a first route and a second route.

  • Publication number: 20070278063
Abstract: A unidirectional clutch of the present invention includes a power input unit, a power output unit and a resilient element. The power input unit and the power output unit are coaxially disposed, and a contact mechanism is formed between the power output unit and a power input unit. The power input unit rotates with respect to the power output unit to a certain extent so that power of the power input unit is transmitted to the power output unit. The resilient element is used to provide torque to the power output unit and the power input unit so that the power output unit and the power input unit will be kept in a pre-determined relative position. The unidirectional clutch of the present invention uses minimal components to transmit power in one direction. Cost of the unidirectional clutch is lowered and assembly is simplified.
