  • Publication number: 20150013222
Abstract: The present invention relates to the field of household items and provides a plant pot which includes a pot body and a base, wherein the pot body has a wall with a porous structure, the pot body is in good engagement with the base, the pot body includes a first compartment, the base includes a second compartment, and the first compartment extends into the second compartment. The pot body of the plant pot is in good engagement with the base, such that no gap exists between the base and the pot body, thereby preventing insects from entering the base allowing the liquid in the plant pot to be more clean and sanitary. Moreover, the base of the present invention can contain more liquid, and liquid in the second compartment may penetrate through the porous body so as to be absorbed by the root system of the plant in the compartment, thereby ensuring a long-term and normal supply of liquid to the plant.

  • Publication number: 20140000159
Abstract: The present invention is a cascade water supply structure of plants, including plural aqueducts, wherein at least one aqueduct is connected to a water supply end. Besides, the porous bodies are provided in soil close to roots of the plants and the porous bodies are connected in cascade by the aqueducts. The porous bodies are collaboratively provided in a receiving unit which is installed on an outer wall of a building. By the aqueducts, water from the water supply end is guided into each porous body and is permeated into soil by the capillary action of the porous bodies, allowing soil to keep humid constantly that the plants can be grown without being watered for a long time, saving manpower and cost.

  • Publication number: 20130333780
Abstract: The present invention is a water supply base of a plant pot, including a body, the body is provided with a holding space to contain liquid and is provided with a platform to emplace the plant pot; and a porous rod, the porous rod is extended into the holding space and is protruded out of the platform. By the capillary action of the porous rod, water that is stored in the holding space is supplied to soil in the plant pot, allowing plant in the plant pot to receive the required water continuously.

  • Publication number: 20110000131
Abstract: The present invention provides a flower pot using humidity sensor material to prompt watering, including an outer pot body, in the form of a watertight dish body, an inner pot body, and a humidity sensor material that is packed in the pot wall of the outer pot body. The inner pot body is fabricated from multi-pore material and is disposed within the outer pot body, and the inner pot body brim is provided with a water filling hole. Or the outer pot body is fabricated from multi-pore material, the outer wall thereof being coated with a water resisting layer and includes a sensing region coated with a humidity sensor material. Accordingly, the water content in the inner pot body can be known through use of the humidity sensor material, prompting the user whether or not to add water, and further regulating the water content of the potted plant.

  • Publication number: 20090142529
Abstract: A volatile liquid loadable porous metal or ceramic container and manufacturing method thereof provided with a structural body formed by metal or ceramic sintering and provided with breathable pores, which extend from an outer surface of the structural body to the interior of the structural body, and the breathable pores form spaces to transport or/and store liquid. The manufacturing method includes: a. taking a low temperature volatile material as the core; b. completely covering the aforementioned core with metal or ceramic powder in the predetermined mold; c. controlling compactness of the metal or ceramic powder; d. sintering of the core at a temperature higher than the vaporization temperature to cause gaseous effusion of the core; e. taking off the predetermined mold after completing sintering.

  • Publication number: 20070134123
Abstract: A manufacturing method for a permeable die steel stacks and fixes a plurality of fixing blocks to form a molded die having an emplacing space which contains and fixes a plurality of polymeric wires. A metallic powder and an adhesive are installed in the emplacing space to form a green type, and to completely enclose the polymeric wires, after being mixed together. Next, the green type is heated up to totally vaporize the polymeric wires and is then cooled down, so as to constitute a metallic product having breathing holes, for serving as a die steel.

  • Patent number: 5963771
Abstract: In the present invention, nickel and phosphorous are simultaneously plated onto the surface of iron powder, mixed iron and nickel powder, or iron-nickel pre-alloyed powder, to form iron-nickel-phosphorous ternary alloy powders with very uniform distribution of phosphorous, with concentrations ranging between 2.0 and 6.0 wt%. When mixed with an appropriate amount of organic binder, these powders may be used as raw materials for injection molding. Intricate parts thus formed can be sintered at relatively low temperatures to attain high sintered density, large grain size, and isotropic shrinkage. The sintered microstructure thus obtained is characterized by spheroidal grains embedded in continuous intergranular insulating phosphide phase. The magnetic properties of the resulting material are substantially improved as compared to those of powder processed products.
