  • Publication number: 20230171663
Abstract: A Low Earth Orbit (LEO) satellite system is provided. The LEO satellite system includes a plurality of user equipment (UEs), a plurality of LEO satellites, and a ground station. The ground station obtains the required resources of each UE and the remaining resources of each LEO satellite. Based on the required resource of each UE and the remaining resource of each LEO satellite, the ground station determines to perform a handover to at least one UE of the plurality of UEs.

  • Publication number: 20220129254
Abstract: An optimization method, an optimization system for computer programming code and an electronic device using the same are provided. The optimization method includes the following steps. Several optimizers each having several branch paths are provided. A counter is set on each of the branch paths. When the optimizers run through the branch paths, the counters set on the branch paths, where the optimizer run through, are counted. The computer programming code is compiled through the optimizers. Several count values of the counters are obtained. The count values are collected to obtain a feature vector of the computer programming code. The feature vector is inputted to a machine learning model to obtain an optimizer collection suitable for the computer programming code.

  • Publication number: 20170295471
Abstract: An access point in a geographic routing system and a controlling method thereof are provided. The controlling method of the access point in the geographic routing includes the following steps. A traffic event packet is received by the access point. A back-off timer of the access point is set to be a first back-off time value. The first back-off time value is less than a second back-off time value of any on board unit (OBU) which receives the traffic event packet. The traffic event packet is broadcasted by the access point when the back-off timer is counted down to be zero.

  • Patent number: 8682379
Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a method and system of dynamic wireless transmitting power control for a vehicle. The system of wireless transmitting power control comprises: a receiving unit, a state unit, a storing unit, a caution unit, a transmitting power decision unit and a transmitting unit. Accordingly, the system of dynamic wireless transmitting power control periodically adjusts a transmitting power level according to the number of driving vehicles so as to adjust transmission radius, decrease transmission interferences and accidents among cars and increase efficiency of wireless frequency usage.

  • Patent number: 8244214
Abstract: An exemplary embodiment discloses a self-aware dynamic authorization method for closed femtocell environments. Initially, a dynamic authorization table is initialized to set authorized records of at least an authorized user equipment (UE) for a closed femtocell. When the closed femtocell provides services for the authorized UE, IMSI/MSISDN records are learned in an initial phase for learning data. The learned IMSI/MSISDN records are dynamically adjusted with the expired period of the access right on the femtocell in a reweighting phase. The expired or oldest IMSI/MSISDN records will be removed from the dynamic authorization table in an ageing phase.
