  • Publication number: 20030039526
Abstract: A structure of hook for a truck includes a plurality of hooks spacedly secured on the top of two side walls of the cargo body of the truck for binding the ropes each having a hollow post embedded into the wall, a hook member engageable into the hollow post, a positioning plate, a cushion and a top plate each having an central opening for permitting the hook member passing through and superimposed with each other for securing to the top of the lateral walls of the cargo body of the truck. The present invention is characterized in that a partition formed between a pair of extensions of the hook member to define a spring compartment and a sliding compartment in which is a V-shaped groove communicating to a Y-shaped groove to allow a U-shaped bar sliding about. So that the hook member may be hid in or jumped out of the hollow post.

  • Patent number: 5950618
Abstract: A solar energy baking apparatus comprises one or more baking containers for receiving material to be baked or dried; reflectors with respect to the baking containers for reflecting solar energy and collecting and focusing the light on the baking containers; and a driving device for moving the reflectors to locate above or below the baking container. The present device may be used to set the baking temperature and the operating time. Through monitoring the controlling device, two driving devices are controlled respectively for operating the baking container, and for causing the reflectors to move to the lower portion of the baking container for reflecting and collecting solar energy, or rotate to the upper portion of the baking container so as to prevent the solar energy to radiate the baking containers. Thus the baking temperature and time are controlled and the process of baking by solar energy is improved.

  • Patent number: 5931156
Abstract: A heat-pipe type solar collector includes a heat absorber portion adapted to absorb solar energy to evaporate a working fluid in heat tube elements; and a heat release portion communicating with the heat absorber portion and having a body of a semi-annular or annular cross-section. In the daytime, the vaporized working fluid exchanges heat with objects adjacent to the heat release portion. At night when temperature drops, the working fluid flows to the heat absorber portion to allow the body of the heat release portion to generate a vacuum for heat insulating purposes, thereby maintaining the temperature in the water reservoir.
