Abstract: The present invention discloses a protective cover that fastens onto the handle of an infant car seat carrier suspending the protective cover amply over a baby inside. Drawstrings both front and back allow the protective cover to be secured onto the bottom portion of the infant car seat carrier, achieving tent like protection without obstructing the function of the carrier or baby's breathing space. After properly installed onto an infant car seat carrier a baby can be shielded against a wide range of unwanted conditions including but not limited to; sun, wind, rain, snow, cold, dust, noise, bugs and unwanted contact.
