  • Publication number: 20240313609
Abstract: An induction motor cooling system is disclosed. The induction motor cooling system comprises a plurality of interconnected cooling channels and a plurality of air ducts characterized between inner circumference and outer circumference of the stator frame. The plurality of interconnected cooling channels is designed in a pre-designed meandering fashion to envelop the stator frame. And similarly, each of the plurality of air ducts of pre-defined dimension is axially positioned in equidistance spread to envelop the stator frame. Cooling channels enable flow of coolant liquid to dissipate heat produced by the stator coils. Air ducts helps in cooling the stator coil temperature and the rotor temperature by inflow and outflow of air. Air entry and exit to the plurality of air ducts is enabled by a set of inflow air openings and a set of outflow air openings fabricated on the inner circumference of the stator frame.

  • Publication number: 20240313610
Abstract: An induction motor is disclosed. The induction motor comprises a stator body assembly. The stator body assembly is characterized by a hollow cylindrical stator stack and a set of intertwined stator rods. The hollow cylindrical stator stack is fabricated with a plurality of rectangular shaped open slots on inner surface periphery and a plurality of cleating notches on outer surface periphery. The induction motor also comprises a rotor body assembly. The rotor body assembly is housed within the stator body assembly and configured to mount over multi-step shaft of the induction motor. The rotor body assembly is characterized by a hollow cylindrical rotor stack fabricated with a plurality of predesigned rotor slots on outer surface periphery, a plurality of vent holes and a notch on inner surface periphery. The rotor body assembly is also characterized by a set of rotor bars, housed within the plurality of predesigned rotor slots.

  • Patent number: 10725004
Abstract: Embodiments relate generally to systems and methods for determining the location of a gas detector device, wherein the location may be within a predefined location zone, and automatically configuring the gas detector device based on the location zone. Each location zone in a facility may be associated with a configuration for the gas detector device. The location of the gas detector device may be monitored by a central station, and when it is determined that a gas detector device has moved from one location zone to another, the configuration of the gas detector device may be updated accordingly. Additionally, other parameters may be monitored by the central station and/or the gas detector device to determine the appropriate configuration of the gas detector device.
