  • Publication number: 20260037516
Abstract: Disclosed herein are techniques related to load-aware selection of query execution databases. Techniques may include receiving a query to be executed on a database selected from a plurality of databases. Each database of the plurality of databases may have a different data layout. The techniques may also include generating, for the received query, one or more query features and one or more current load features. The one or more current load features may indicate availability of one or more computing resources for query execution on least one database of the plurality of databases. Additionally, the techniques may include generating an output based on applying a model to the one or more generated query features. The techniques may further include selecting, from the plurality of databases and based on the output, a database for executing the query. Thus, the query may be executed on the selected database.
