  • Patent number: 10967416
Abstract: Linear conveyor for transferring workpieces between two consecutive positions in a throughput direction, including at least one axis extending in and linearly displaceable to the throughput direction, and a slide, disposed on and displaceable along each axis, and to which a carrier element for accommodating the workpiece is attached, each axis being telescopic and including a first axis element displaceable relative to the base, and a second axis element displaceable relative to the first axis element, on which slide is displaceably disposed, and a coupling for coupling of displacement movements of the first axis element, second axis element and slide with each other, such that when the first axis element is displaced relative to the base the second axis element is displaced relative to the first axis element and the slide relative to the second axis element in the same direction of displacement.

  • Publication number: 20200189887
Abstract: A rail-based floor conveyor system, with a floor conveyor with concavely grooved wheels and rails having a surface which, when in contact, dips at least partially into the grooved area of the wheels, thereby producing at least two load-bearing lines during the movement of the floor conveyor, wherein a wheel holder is provided for each wheel, with at least one horizontal axis of rotation for each wheel and a vertical axis of rotation to a bearing connected to the floor conveyor, and wherein the wheels can be moved by drives or manually on the rail, bearing including a first bearing part and a second bearing part, wherein one of the bearing parts has a concave surface section, which is at least partially in contact with a convex surface section of the respective other bearing part, and wherein both bearing parts are movable relative to one another while maintaining contact.

  • Patent number: 8142873
Abstract: A rod for supporting components in a fuselage cell structure, in particular produced with fibre-reinforced composite materials, of an aircraft, in particular for supporting at least one floor frame on at least one annular former and/or at least one further component of the fuselage cell structure. In accordance with the invention the rod is formed, at least in portions, with a metal foam, in particular for the absorption of crash loads. The metal foam can transform, irrespective of its inherent weight, the high mechanical loads produced in the event of an accident into work of plastic deformation at the microcavities within the metal foam. A first variant of the rod is almost completely formed by a metal foam, whereas a second embodiment comprises merely a core made of the metal foam with a relatively small diameter, which core is surrounded coaxially by a support casing and an outer sleeve.
