An injector module extends into the combustion chamber and includes an atomizer body. A shroud extends around the atomizer body. The shroud defines a coolant chamber within the shroud around the atomizer body configured to receive a coolant. The shroud includes an inner wall configured as an impingement baffle and that defines a plural number of jet holes. The shroud defines an outer wall around the inner wall with a cavity defined between the inner wall and the outer wall. The outer wall defines a plural number of effusion holes that extend between the cavity and the combustion chamber.
