    Abstract: A framework for facilitating proactive follow-up of clinical findings. In accordance with one aspect, one or more clinical findings that require follow-up are extracted from one or more documents. One or more follow-up activities that are relevant to the one or more clinical findings are determined. Priority levels may be generated for the one or more follow-up activities. The one or more clinical findings, follow-up activities and priority levels may then be displayed in a user interface. A notification may be sent to a recipient to initiate at least one of the one or more follow-up activities.
