Abstract: A method of producing an organic peroxide includes introducing an organic solution and a peroxide solution into a mixing tank to form a mixture. The method further includes circulating the mixture over a fixed catalyst bed to form the organic peroxide and measuring a concentration of the organic peroxide in the mixture. Further, the method includes removing at least a portion of the mixture when the concentration reaches a set value.

Abstract: Systems, methods, sensors, and software for providing enhanced measurement and correction of physiological data are provided herein. In one example, a capacitive sensor of a measurement system is positioned onto tissue of a patient. The capacitive sensor includes one or more conductive elements with associated gain properties that are positioned near optical sensor elements proximate to the tissue of the patient, the optical sensor elements positioned to measure a photoplethysmogram (PPG) for the tissue. The measurement system drives the capacitive sensor and measures capacitance signals associated with the capacitance sensor. The measurement system corrects for at least motion noise in the PPG using the capacitance signals.

Abstract: A gas sampling device includes a connector configured to connect to a gas analyzing monitor. The gas sampling device further includes a first portion connected to the connector comprising a flexible tube for transmitting gas. The gas sampling device further includes a second portion connected to the first portion that includes a wand. The wand is configured for transmitting gas and is more rigid than the first portion. The gas sampling device further includes a rounded tip connected to the second portion. The rounded tip and second portion are configured to be inserted into a lung and transmit gas from inside the lung to the gas analyzing monitor.

Abstract: A barbecue grill and cart assembly having a firebox for cooking food including a heat source therein and a firebox support assembly for receiving and supporting the firebox. In one embodiment the grill and cart apparatus of the present invention includes a fuel source support platform and a fuel source support guard to facilitate storage of a fuel source on the grill and cart assembly. In one embodiment the grill and cart assembly comprises a warming rack fixed to the firebox. Also, in an embodiment, the grill and cart assembly of the present invention comprises a folding shelf extending from the firebox support and movable between an extended position and a retracted position.
