Abstract: An oral appliance (OA) made as upper and lower splints or denture set of a user to facilitate adjustable mandibular advancement using an adjustable strap system assisting in partially or fully reducing snoring and thus ameliorating obstructive sleep apnea (OSA). The mandibular advancement is realized by a single adjustable strap avoiding providing a set of straps. Excess recess in strap assembly facilitates variation in mandibular advancement even after locking gross length of strap. An optional additional modular breathing assist device is disclosed that may serve the purpose of controlling quantity of air flow from mouth or oral cavity of a user during exhaling from the airway enhancing the anti-snoring function.
