Abstract: A rotating and locking conveyor side guard system may include an elongate side guard of sheet material having three longitudinal bolt slots therethrough, one at each end and one at the center, and three bolts for securing the side guard to a side of a conveyor through the bolt slots. With the bolts loosened, a user may slide the side guard from side to side, relative to the conveyor, and rotate the side guard about the center bolt to a substantially perpendicular orientation to allow access to an interior of the conveyor through the side of the conveyor. It may then be rotated in a second direction until the first and second bolt slots engage corresponding bolts, in a locked position, to prevent rotation of the side guard. Some systems may include multiple side guards end-to-end in series, each side guard sharing a bolt with each adjoining side guard.

Abstract: An adjustable grizzly grid material separator is provided and includes a plurality of flexible tines, a cassette, wherein the plurality of flexible tines are each coupled on an end to the cassette to form a grizzly assembly. A plurality of grizzly assemblies may be coupled to a frame at an angle, wherein the grizzly assemblies are coupled to the frame in a grid configuration. The plurality of tines are spaced apart a predetermined distance to set the size of material that is to be separated from an amount of aggregate flowing over the tines.

Abstract: A fastening device includes a base member having a plurality of apertures, wherein the apertures are spaced apart substantially the same distance; and a plurality of nut receiver coupled to the base member at the apertures, wherein the nut receiver includes an alignment member having an aperture corresponding to the aperture of the base member, and a side member, wherein the side member is coupled between the base member and the alignment member. The nut receiver includes an opening between the base member and alignment member to removably receive a nut therein. Once within the alignment member, the alignment member operates to retain the nut in a fixed orientation to allow the securing of a sealing member to the base by use of a bolt that engages the nut after extending through the sealing member and the aperture in the base member.
