Patent number: 11819985Abstract: A pulley pulling device for removing a harmonic damper pulley having at least two spoke portions from a crankshaft comprises a hub including at least two clevis portions. A plurality of legs are pivotably connected to respective ones of the clevis portions, with the legs each including a body portion and a foot portion protruding laterally therefrom. The body and foot portions are contoured and oriented relative to each other such that the foot portion is adapted to engage a corresponding one of the spoke portions and to selectively pivot relative thereto as achieves optimized contact therebetween.Type: GrantFiled: October 16, 2019Date of Patent: November 21, 2023Assignee: Schley Products, Inc.Inventors: Chad Schley, Tim Hume, Jeff Marshall

Patent number: 11799259Abstract: A cable cutter and crimper is provided including an anvil having an anvil cutting edge. A blade is pivotally coupled to the anvil and includes a blade cutting edge. A clevis is coupled to the anvil and includes arms extending on opposite sides of an actuator screw. A pivot nut is threadably coupled to the actuator screw and pivotally coupled to the blade. Rotation of the actuator screw in a first rotational direction causes the pivot nut to translate along the actuator screw in a first translation direction, resulting in the blade cutting edge moving away from the anvil cutting edge. Rotation of the actuator screw in a second rotational direction causes the pivot nut to translate along the actuator screw in a second translation direction, resulting in the blade pivoting relative to the anvil to move the blade cutting edge toward the anvil cutting edge.Type: GrantFiled: June 12, 2020Date of Patent: October 24, 2023Assignee: Schley Products, Inc.Inventors: Chad Schley, Tim Hume, Jeff Marshall

Publication number: 20230219206Abstract: A pneumatic hammer extender arm assembly is provided comprising an elongated extender arm body defining a hammer engaging portion formed at a first end of the body, and a hammerhead engaging portion formed at a second end of the body. A hammerhead is detachably engageable to the hammerhead engaging portion to allow for quick change of the hammerhead without the need for any tools. The hammerhead may alternately be implemented to engage and apply an impact force to a fastener that may be axially offset from the extender arm body.Type: ApplicationFiled: March 22, 2023Publication date: July 13, 2023Inventors: Chad Schley, Jeff Marshall, Tim Hume

Patent number: 11511404Abstract: A ball joint press includes a first frame including a first member and a first adaptor, and a second frame including a second member and a second adaptor. A link is pivotally coupled to the first member and to the second the second member. An actuating screw is rotatably coupled to the first member and to the second member. Rotation of the actuating screw in a first rotational direction causes the first member and second member to undergo a first pivoting action relative to the link to move the first adaptor toward the second adaptor. Rotation of the actuating screw in a second rotational direction opposite the first rotational direction causes the first member and second member to undergo a second pivoting action relative to the link, opposite to the first pivot action, to move the first adaptor away from the second adaptor.Type: GrantFiled: November 2, 2021Date of Patent: November 29, 2022Assignee: SCHLEY PRODUCTS, INC.Inventors: Chad Schley, Tim Hume, Jeff Marshall
