Abstract: A system and method for connecting consumers to real estate service providers. The present method includes the steps of obtaining a real estate action selection from the user, presenting the user with criteria relevant to choosing a service provider that can aid in accomplishing the selected action, obtaining criteria selections from the user, and identifying candidates based on the user's selected criteria. The matching system also provides a feedback tool that allows consumers to rate and comment on the chosen candidate, an educational tool that displays definitions and advisory comments, and a GPS home search tool that notifies a user when he or she is within a pre-selected proximity of a home that meets the user's specifications.
