  • Patent number: 10464766
Abstract: The invention describes a roll-removal device by means of which a plurality of rolls which have been wound to completion are transported away from a winding shaft having a displacement device for displacing the rolls relative to the winding shaft, in order to withdraw the rolls from the winding shaft, having a receiving device for receiving the rolls, and having a transfer device for transferring the rolls from the displacement device to the receiving device, wherein the rolls can be rolled freely at least in certain regions, the rolls rolling about their rolling axes. By means of this device for changing the position of the rolls axes, the roll axes of two adjacent rolls can be moved to an angle of less than 180 degrees in relation to one another.

  • Patent number: 9724867
Abstract: The invention relates to a guiding device for guiding a blown film between a film blowing die and a take-off roller device, comprising at least two lateral guides located opposite one another for laterally guiding the blown film, wherein at least one lateral guide is provided with a first guide segment and a second guide segment, which are connected to one another in an articulated manner. At least one lever kinematics is provided, which is in drive connection with a drive device, and which is interconnected with the two guide segments such that when the drive device is actuated by way of the lever kinematics, the angles of attack (?a, ?e) of the two guide segments to the conveyance direction (F) of the blown film can be varied.

  • Patent number: 9272871
Abstract: A device and a method for holding a shaft, preferably a winding shaft, hold the shaft in a clamping jaw. A lever, which is rotationally supported about a first axis, is moved in reference to the shaft.

  • Publication number: 20120200023
Abstract: A device and a method for holding a shaft (8), preferably a winding shaft (8), are described and applied for. In order to hold the shaft (8) it (8) is fixated in an accept (3), by at least one body (3) being made to contact in the direction towards the shaft (8). It is considered novel and inventive that a lever (5), which is supported rotational about a first axis (9), is moved in reference to the shaft.

  • Patent number: 8210837
Abstract: A blown film extrusion line has an annular die gap, from which a film tube can be extruded, a flatness unit or nip rolls, which fold the film tube, a calibration basket, which is disposed between the die gap and the flatness unit or nip rolls, and which has at least two film-guide elements that guide the film tube such that the film tube retains its round cross-section, with the diameter of the film tube being adjustable by changing the relative position of the two film-guide elements. The calibration basket includes a coupling device that couples the movement of the two film-guide elements to each other.

  • Publication number: 20090304840
Abstract: The present invention describes a blown film extrusion line (1), which has the following features: an annular die gap, from which the film tube (9) can be extruded, a flatness unit (7,13) or nip rolls (8), which fold the film tube (9), a calibration basket (20,30), which is disposed between the die gap and the flatness unit (7,13) or nip rolls (8) and which comprises at least two film-guide elements (31), using which the film tube (9) can be guided in such a way that it retains its round cross-section, the diameter of the film tube (9,43) being adjustable by changing the relative position of the at least two film-guide elements (31). The coupling means (32,33,35,38,39), which couple the movement of at least two film-guide elements (31) to each other, are particularly advantageous.
