It is a batter assist power trainer device made of an airtight airfoil structure made of flexible and durable material and a method or way for connecting the structure to a bat so that the batter assist power trainer device permits a batter to power train and to controllably increase hitting strength which allows the batter to achieve longer hits of a ball for baseball and/or softball. Other configurations include structures made with end sections, with reinforcing splines; and a various ways to connect the device to the bat.

    Abstract: A special upper body exercise device for performing exercises such as push-ups or the like. It is an isometric and muscle toning push-up machine that allows for the movement of the hands and arms of the user, while performing push-up type exercises in a prone position. The preferred embodiment is comprised of (a) a pair of support sleds with features; (b) a pair of handles, one each for each said sled; (c) a means to pivotally secure the respective handle to the sled; (d) a lateral support system with telescopic features for the supporting sleds as the sleds move essentially in a plane in a lateral direction; (e) a means for slidably connecting the support system to the sleds; and (f) a means for resisting movement of the sleds on the support system wherein the person may grip the handles and exercise. An alternative is foldable.

The device is a new combination of existing devices that provide an effective, practical and economical way to maximize a pitcher's capability through proper training and exercise. The device is comprised of a softball; a tensioner device; a means to adjust the tensioner; and a means to adjustably secure the softball to the tensioner wherein said special device may be used to develop and exercise the wrist, fingers and arm of a softball pitcher. The device includes features that permit full padding of the arm and wrist for comfort and endurance. The device includes features for easy adjustment of the tension and the ball location, plus a quick change feature for switching ball types and sizes.
