  • Patent number: 12325275
Abstract: A damping arrangement for an axle of an active chassis of a motor vehicle. A damping system interacts with each wheel of the axle, each damping system has the following: a damper having a double-acting hydraulic cylinder and a piston, a hydraulic pump and an electric motor for driving the hydraulic pump, a hydraulic unit having a hydraulic reservoir and valves. The hydraulic pump and the hydraulic unit of the respective damping system interact with the respective hydraulic cylinder in such a manner that, depending on the conveyance direction of the hydraulic pump, a movement of the piston can be provided in a first or in a second actuation direction. The electric motors of both damping systems are arranged with axially aligned rotational axes in a casing and can be regulated by a common control device which has electronic construction groups which are arranged on at least one circuit board.

  • Publication number: 20240295218
Abstract: An apparatus for making available hydraulic energy, in particular in a chassis system of a vehicle, including at least one motor-pump group and an electronic unit for regulating the motor-pump group. The motor-pump group is arranged in a motor-pump casing that forms a motor-pump housing or is a part of a motor-pump housing. Th electronic unit is arranged in an electronic-unit casing that forms an electronic-unit housing or is a part of an electronic-unit housing, and the electronic unit and the motor-pump group are electrically connected via a supply string.

  • Patent number: 9803714
Abstract: In a hydraulic system which is biased to a minimum system pressure using a bias valve or other flow obstruction disposed in a tank line, there is provided in a bypass line to the bias valve an evacuating and filling valve through which the hydraulic system is first evacuatable and subsequently fillable with a hydraulic fluid. The valve closes the bypass when a differential pressure overcomes a preadjusted force of a spring element. For this purpose, the valve possesses a displaceably mounted valve body with an integrated throttle and a seal face which closes a through opening when the valve body is shifted against the bias force of the spring element due to the pressure difference.
