    Abstract: A windshield wiper system that includes a pair of windshield wiper blades movably positioned on an exterior surface of a windshield of a vehicle, a piece of windshield wiper fluid tubing that allows windshield wiper fluid to be transmitted to reach the pair of windshield wiper blades and a pump positioned inside the piece of windshield wiper fluid tubing. The system also includes a recyclable hard plastic receptacle with a top orifice that contains the windshield wiper fluid that is pumped by the pump through the piece of windshield wiper fluid tubing and a screw cap that removably connects the second end of the piece of windshield wiper fluid tubing to the top orifice of the receptacle. The pump can also be located outside of the piece of windshield wiper fluid tubing.

The filtering rules may specify packet processing and/or forwarding actions by said network controller based on one or more specified conditions. The specified conditions may based on one or more match criteria; wherein the match criteria comprising source address, destination address, and/or traffic type data in the received packets.

    Abstract: A restraining device for temporarily coupling a domestic animal to a floor includes a post having a retaining lip and tether-resting channel. A locking plate positions on the post below resting channel. A first and second locking wing hingeably mount to the post and are operable from a closed position to an open position, and each locking wing includes a top-mounted locking feature retainer to selectively engage the locking plate. And, the first and second locking wing each respectively further comprising a plurality of carpet-engaging spikes. A smooth floor attachment device selectively couples to the first and second locking wings. The smooth floor attachment device includes a base having oppositely disposed pair of retainers on a top portion and an adhesive strip or other mechanism for selectively attaching the base to the floor on a bottom portion.
