  • Publication number: 20190130422
Abstract: Methods and systems for enhancing transactional data with retailer data and customer purchasing behavior are disclosed. A transactional data evaluator receives a first set of aggregated customer transaction data, having no PII and a second set of aggregated customer transaction data, having PII. The first set is compared with the second set. Each time a match is found between at least one customer in the first set of aggregated customer transaction data and the at least one customer in the second set of aggregated customer transaction data, the data is combined to form a customer wallet that includes the PII and one or more customer metrics. Based on an evaluation of the plurality of customer wallets in combination with the one or more metrics, a customer behavior presentation for the plurality of different customers is generated for a retailer.

  • Publication number: 20190130479
Abstract: Methods and systems for enhancing transactional data with retailer data including retailer-competitor and retailer-non competitor data are disclosed. A transactional data evaluator receives a first set of aggregated customer transaction data, having no PII and a second set of aggregated customer transaction data, having PII. The first set is compared with the second set. When a match is found between at least one customer in the first set of aggregated customer transaction data and the at least one customer in the second set of aggregated customer transaction data, the first and second sets are combined into a customer wallet. Based on an evaluation of the customer wallet, an overall transaction behavior of the at least one customer with respect to the retailer and at least one competitor of the retailer is generated.
