  • Patent number: 11678650
Abstract: A distribution device automates and meters distribution of feed in a commercial shrimp production facility utilizing a stacked shallow tank configuration. The device includes an elongated support surface positioned over and extending along an elongated tank having an open top. A shuttle moves along the support surface to move along a length of the tank. A hopper to hold feed is coupled to the shuttle. A spreader is in environmental communication with the hopper to distribute feed from the hopper and a meter is operationally coupled between the hopper and the spreader for controlling an amount of the feed delivered to and distributed by the spreader.

  • Patent number: 11034197
Abstract: An aligning hitch device prevents a pin from being lifted inadvertently resulting in undesired disengagement of the hitch connection. The device includes a hitch frame including a guide plate. A hitch pin is slidably coupled to the hitch frame. An index collar has a notch. The hitch pin is slidable to fully clear a hitch space in the hitch frame only when the notch is aligned with and receives the guide plate. A biasing spring extends between the index collar and the hitch frame wherein the biasing spring urges the index collar away from the guide plate.

  • Publication number: 20210053698
Abstract: A luggage transport cart with a cabin made primarily out of a polymer. In some embodiments, the luggage cart includes an inwardly sloping floor and shelf to help contain the luggage. The floor and shelf may further include ribs and grooves to reduce drag on items disposed thereon, as well as to assist in draining away incident precipitation. The ribs and grooves may be inclined toward the centers of the floor and shelf, with reliefs formed at the junction of inclined surfaces to channel precipitation liquid out of the luggage cart. In some embodiments, the cabin includes backlit panels for enhanced display effects during ambient darkness or semi-darkness. The backlit panels may be sourced by a battery that recharges during daylight hours via a solar panel.

  • Patent number: 10220760
Abstract: A deceased animal moving device lifts and transports a deceased animal. The device includes a base configured for being moved on a surface. A mast is coupled to and extends upwardly from the base. A winch is coupled to a top of the mast providing a spool and a line selectively extendable from and retractable onto the spool. A shield coupled to the base has a lower edge positioned at a front of the base proximate a bottom of the base. The line is directed from the spool towards the shield for lifting a deceased animal attached to the line upwardly against the shield when the line is retracted.
