  • Patent number: 11123892
Abstract: A method produces a frame for a transport device for receiving slices of material separated by a cutting blade of a cutting machine. The method includes: providing a single integral workpiece, the single integral workpiece having a base plate region, a first longitudinal side region on a first side of the base plate region, and a second longitudinal side region on a second side of the base plate region, bending the first longitudinal side region along a first longitudinal side bending edge until the first longitudinal side region is perpendicular to the base plate region, and bending the second longitudinal side region along a second longitudinal side bending edge until the second longitudinal side region is perpendicular to the base plate region. The first longitudinal side region and second longitudinal side region each extend away from the base plate region in a first direction, and are parallel to each other.

  • Patent number: 10773411
Abstract: A slicing machine may include a carriage that can be swiveled out with a supporting plate for supporting product to be sliced, wherein a locking device locks the supporting plate releasably in the slicing position. In order to make simple operation of the slicing machine possible accompanied by a high level of operating safety, the locking device has an electrically or electromagnetically operable actuator for releasing the carriage pivot bearing.

  • Patent number: 10675775
Abstract: A transport device, in particular a chain track frame, for a cutting machine, for receiving slices separated from the material to be cut by a cutting blade and for transporting the slices from the cutting blade to a deposit region, includes: a frame on which the following components are mounted: a receiving apparatus for receiving separated slices; a plurality of guide rollers arranged so as to be spaced apart from each other; a drive device for driving a plurality of transport chains or transport belts extending in parallel with each other, the transport chains or transport belts being guided in a closed circulating manner by the drive device via the guide rollers; and a coupling for connecting the drive device to a drive. The frame comprises a single part.

  • Patent number: 9987762
Abstract: A slicing machine for preferably elongated food may include a blade driven by a motor and a deposit table arranged in a deposit area with a deposit plate, which can be moved, motor-driven, linearly in a horizontal direction via a belt drive. In order to manufacture the slicing machine as compactly as possible with a small overall height, it is proposed that the belt drive has at least two deflection rollers and a driving roller, which guide the drive belt in endless rotation in a horizontal plane, and that the driving roller is arranged in a perpendicular projection between the first deflection roller and the second deflection roller.

  • Publication number: 20180079100
Abstract: In an embodiment, the present invention provides an electrically operated slicer for cutting slices, particularly of strand-like cutting material, preferably foodstuffs, including: a cutter that includes a circular blade driven by a blade motor, rotating about an axis of rotation in a slicing plane and mounted in a motor housing, having a stop plate for adjusting a slicing thickness which can be displaced in a direction of the axis of rotation and which is arranged parallel to the slicing plane; and a carriage carrying a support plate via a carriage foot, wherein the carriage foot can be displaced along one side of the motor housing running parallel to the slicing plane, the support plate including a support surface receiving the cutting material arranged perpendicular to the slicing plane on a horizontal plane, the carriage being guided so as to move via a carriage guide having at least two supporting elements.

  • Publication number: 20170106557
Abstract: The invention relates to a slicing machine (1) for preferably elongated food, with a blade (2) driven by a motor and a deposit table (3) arranged in a deposit area with a deposit plate (31), which can be moved, motor-driven, linearly in a horizontal direction via a belt drive (47). In order to manufacture the slicing machine (1) as compactly as possible with a small overall height, it is proposed that the belt drive (47) has at least two deflection rollers (431, 432) and a driving roller (42), which guide the drive belt (45) in endless rotation in a horizontal plane, and that the driving roller (42) is arranged in a perpendicular projection between the first deflection roller (431) and the second deflection roller (432).
