  • Publication number: 20220154398
Abstract: A ragger (4) for a removal of reject from a pulper (2) in a pulping system (1) has a drawing roll (5) which draws the reject from the pulper (2) in the form of a ragger rope (3). The drawing roll (5) has a drive shaft (6) to which a pulley (7) is mounted and over which the ragger rope passes to a cutter. At least one measuring instrument (14) is mounted with respect to the ragger to measure the quantity and direction of the force applied to the drawing roll by the ragger rope (3) as it is drawn out of the pulper (2). The ragger is part of a pulping system (1) having a pulper (2) for preparation of a fiber pulp suspension and a method for controlling reject handling in the pulping system (1) is provided.

  • Patent number: 9732432
Abstract: A method and an arrangement for collecting and removal of acid mist from an electrolytic cell. The arrangement includes a cover for covering an open top of a container of the electrolytic cell so that a space is formed between a surface of electrolyte contained in the container and the cover, a decontamination system provided with an acid mist suction channel terminating in an upwards facing inlet opening in the space, and a cleaning arrangement for spraying the upwards facing inlet opening with washing fluid. The cleaning arrangement has a fluid nozzle. The fluid nozzle is in the acid mist suction channel. The fluid nozzle is arranged to spray washing fluid at least downwards into the acid mist suction channel.

  • Publication number: 20160123527
Abstract: The invention relates to a drive supporting structure (1) for a tank (2). The drive supporting structure (1) comprises a drive support element (3) for supporting a drive (30) and a support beam structure (4) for supporting the drive support element (3). The support beam structure (4) is arranged on top side of the tank (2) and comprises multiple support beams (5). The drive support element (3) comprises housing (6), which said housing (6) is fabricated by casting. The support beam structure (4) is detachably connected to the drive support element (3) for forming a connection between the drive support element (3) and the support beam structure (4). The invention further relates to a drive support element (3) for supporting a drive in a tank (2). The drive support element (3) comprises housing (6), which is fabricated by casting.
