Abstract: A method for hosting an individual on a journey utilizing at least one individual usable system operative in a building is provided. The method comprises: determining a user experience of the individual with respect to the at least one individual usable system; determining a location of the individual in the building; and generating at least one control signal to an output device residing in a location corresponding to the location of the individual during the journey causing an output of data to the individual, the data for outputting is selected in accordance with the user experience of the at least one individual usable system operative in the building. The invention also relates to a control system and to a computer program.

Abstract: A method for controlling at least one user interface of a system includes: determining, on a basis of data descriptive of an individual, an indicator value descriptive of a user experience with respect to the system; comparing the indicator value to reference values; generating a control signal to cause a setting of a mode of the at least one user interface of the system to correspond the mode of the at least one user interface represented by a reference value among the plurality of reference values with which the indicator value is detected to correspond to in a comparison.
